Welcome to The Rise Above Tour 2K19

Thank you for allowing us this moment to introduce you to our growing organization- RUNNING RB PRODUCTIONS. THE RISE ABOVE TOUR for barrels and poles was created for the barrel racer, by the barrel racer.  It allows riders of all skill levels a chance to win money, NFR Style year end jackets and prizes, in barrel racing and pole bending competition.  Our first initial show on Nov 3, 2018 was one of the largest shows in Michigan, Ohio and Indiana with 245 entries in the Open Barrels, 80 in the Youth Barrels, 30 in the Pee Wee Barrels and for the biggest class size of Poles at 164 entries, this is one of biggest accomplishments as our pole bending class size was comparable to the National Pole Bending Association Finals of 180 entries.  We paid out $22,000 in prize money, saddles, buckles and sponsor donated giveaway items.  We are asking for your support by becoming a “Tour Sponsor.”   Donations from sponsors, like you, will help us promote and keep our sport alive and exciting, in the form of added money at races, year-end awards, and much more.  The Rise Above Tour has the potential to be one of the summer’s largest traveling tour for barrels and poles with your help and Sponsorship! I know businesses like yours are targeted every day to do sponsorships without receiving anything in return; however I am here to promise you something that others can’t, my word that your business will be promoted and our members are encouraged to support our show sponsors as they know without sponsors, we have no shows.   • Receive extensive exposure on a local and potentially national level o As many contestants are already professional competitors and even World champions; we have several upcoming future stars on the rise.  • In 2019: We will produce up to 8 tour stops in our series with a 2 day finals in the fall • With the potential to co-sanction with several other local organizations.  Sponsors will be recognized in the followings ways:  Sponsors will be on Show Apparel (shirts, hoodies and year end jackets/awards) o Our first show we sold over 200 shirts and hoodies  Sponsors will be placed on banners which will be displayed as we travel to our tour arenas o Michigan, Ohio and Indiana.  Sponsors will be announced at each and every show throughout the day  Sponsors names can be placed on the barrels; will be visible in professionally taken pictures  Sponsors will receive recognition on Facebook pages and websites  Sponsors are provided free vendor space to sell or display their products  We thank you for this opportunity to introduce our growing organization and in advance for your support.  Your support will help us continue to grow and promote our family-friendly and rewarding sport.  Please do not hesitate to contact us with any questions or for additional information.   Many Thanks,     RUNNING RB PRODUCTIONS Rhonda Read & Brooke Braska
